RECIPE: Brown 2lbs ground beef, 60oz crushed tomatoes in puree, 2lb mixed dried beans, fresh chopped bell peppers and a little water. Bring to a simmer and add Cayenne, Oregano, Marjoram, Black Pepper, Salt, Cumin, and Light Chili Powder to taste. Simmer until thickened and beans are tender.
