RECIPE: Add 1 tablespoon of Curry Powder to 1 cup of coconut milk. Stir and allow to bloom. Add Diced 1/4 Red Bell Pepper, 1/4 Green Bell PEpper, 1 chopped tomato, 4 – 6 basil leaves.Add sliced chicken, simmer until done.
