RECIPE:
Add 2 to 3 tsp. to 3 to 4 cups finely sliced tart green apples. Mix in 1/4 cup flour with 1 cube unsalted butter. Place neatly over pie shell and layer. Pour remaining juices over pie & bake at 350 until apples become tender.
