Profiteroles are made from "Choux" paste and are extremely popular in France. Usually, you will find these on a menu injected with pastry crme filling and covered with either caramel or chocolate sauce. These come in a 250ct case, fully cooked and consistently dried to perfection - great way to save on labor!!
