Carriers
Mondofood.com utilizes two shipping companies for it's products; USPS, and UPS. Both options are selectable during checkout and it is up to you to choose which better suits your area and needs.

Packaging
We choose the best packaging depending on the item ordered, we also often use secondhand boxes in order to cut down on our footprint. Please note that we chose our product line carefully and deliberately in order for there to be no need for refrigeration. If you are ordering a product and are concerned about how it will arrive to your location please feel free to email us and we will answer any questions you have.

Restrictions
Due to restrictions between the USA and other countries many items cannot be shipped outside of our borders. These items include the following: Any items including dairy (ie: cheese) and any items containing meat products (ie: prosciutto) If you have a question about a particular product shipping over the border please do not checkout until you contact us as we will be able to determine it's eligibility for international shipping.

Shipping to PO Boxes
If you would like to ship to a PO Box please note that the only shipping option for that is USPS. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes and any orders entered with UPS as the shipping option will automatically be shipped via USPS at our discretion.

Shipping Selections
Some items are better shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you order with USPS Parcel Post and we find that it's better to ship via Priority Mail then we will make the change on our end. This delivery upgrade comes at no cost to you.

Missing Orders
USPS is our primary shipping company and we will do everything in our power to ensure that the product arrives to you within the mentioned time on the website. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the date of arrival may vary from the estimated one during checkout. If you need a guaranteed arrival date please notify us prior to placing your order.

Free Shipping Option
The "Orders over $150 are shipped free" option is only available to those living in the continental U.S. and is only available for orders under 50 pounds. Some restrictions apply, please find further details at the dedicated Free Shipping page.

Product Damanged In Transit
If your product arrived DAMAGED in transit, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. Please inform us of the refusal as soon as possible. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for MondoFood.com to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in.

Returns & Replacements
Please contact us with any issues you have with your order within 30 days of receipt of product to obtain details and a return authorization code (RAC). Products returned without a RAC will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender at the senders cost.

Mondofood.com is proud of our products and our pricing. We remain extremely competitive in the market and have the best quality you can find in the products we sell. We offer occasional promotional pricing and specials that will be clearly market. Please note that once you finalize and pay for an order no further discounts will be available. All orders with respectable prices are final and may not be changed post-purchase.
