Pastry 1 Leaf Gelatin sheets are pork and beef origin. Applications: Jellifying agent for sweet and savory preparations. Generally, 12 to 15 gelatin sheets will jellify 1 liter of preparation. The manufacturer has standardized product worldwide. This sheet is designated silver. Directions For Use: Soak gelatin sheets in cold water until softened, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and warm to melt. Carefully incorporate melted gelatin into preparations. Shelf-life: 60 months
