Morels are honeycomb capped mushrooms that can be officially dubbed "the delight of the North woods". Morels have a delightfully buttery, woodsy flavor that is an excellent accompaniment to game, poultry or seafood. Ours are the #1 grade and are pristine in shape and practically 100% void of dirt or forest floor. These are hand picked and handled by meticulous workers that are held to the highest of standards whom also never reveal their Morel "Harvesting Honey Holes" for if it is picked clean it will not return the following spring. Display these mushrooms; don't bury them under a protein as most might with typical dried mushrooms as these are way too beautiful and way too perfect to not be showcased.
