Traditionally England has produced some of the finest Cheddar's in the world and Scotland has made some of finest Scotch Whiskeys in the world. Combine them, and what do you get? English cheddar with Scotch whiskey. This creamy cheddar is complimented by the pungent sweet nose of Scotch whiskey. Once the cheese has finished its aging process it is then dipped in black wax for preservation. Mix this into fondue, use on a burger or have as a snack.
