Product Description
The Italian cousin to Drunken Goat this sheep's milk cheese has been made for over 2000 years in Tuscany. As the Brillo DiVino is made it is covered in red wine imparting flavor throughout the cheese. This cheese demonstrates a wonderful partnership between robust red wines and Pecorino cheeses. Once the cheese is properly seasoned and aged it develops a purplish crust that is contrasted perfectly by it's firm creamy interior.
