A cereal grain originating with the Armenian people of the Caucus mountains. Similar to cracked wheat Bulgur is parboiled before milling. Bulgur is the primary ingredient in Tabbouleh salads and dips. As well as Kibbeh, a meat dish usually consisting of lamb.
