Product Description
Traditionally from Italy's Valtellina region in Lombardi, Bresaola is air dried eye round that is aged a minimum of 4 months. Because of strict USDA guide lines, it is difficult to import beef products from Italy, as such, this particular Bresaola is imported from Central America. The eye round starts from a raw state and is seasoned with sea salt, juniper, and nutmeg, then dry aged until dark red in color. When serving slice paper thin and pair with grilled artichokes and marinated olives.
