Product Description
Presented in a gold foil wrapped bottle to prevent spoilage, Academia Riviera is made of the Taggiasca olive. This oil hales from Liguria located in northern Italy. Unlike other Extra Virgin Olive Oils this oil has a buttery aroma that is perfumed with pine and sent of ocean. Use as a finishing oil and table oil for all to enjoy.
Taste: Delicate and fruity, very smooth and perfumed texture, with hints of fresh almonds and pine-seeds, and a crisp olive bouquet.
